【老式鸡蛋糕】

就只有鸡蛋，面粉，糖和少许油鸡蛋味道比较重的老式蛋糕，让我想起小时候吃的那种油油鸡蛋糕。不过这个配方含油量很少。
1： 低筋粉1/2杯70克；
2：特大鸡蛋3个，
3：柠檬汁1大匙（可以不用），
4：糖5大匙（75克）；
5：玉米油1大匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、鸡蛋和柠檬汁放一中号盆里（图1），另取一大盆放入小半盆热水，将盛鸡蛋的盆放入热水的大盆里，用打蛋器告诉打几分钟（图2），放入糖后继续打至浓稠轻盈（图3）。
2、将面粉过筛分3次放入打发的蛋液里（图4-5），用橡皮刀拌匀（图6）。将面糊分别装入6个中号的纸杯里（图7）。
3、纸杯放到一烤盘上（图8），将烤盘放入预热至340F/170C的烤箱内，烤22分钟左右拿出。
4、蛋糕装入密闭盒子里，等蛋糕冷透即可食用。
