沙茶鸡肉串

用料:
1:去皮去骨的鸡腿肉400克,洗净沥水切手指粗条。
2:花生酱2茶匙,牛头牌沙茶酱1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,金兰老抽酱油1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,糖1/2茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,生粉1大匙,橄榄油1大匙。
3:橄榄油2大匙,8寸长竹签8根。
做法:
将沥水的鸡腿肉加2拌匀冰箱腌过夜。将腌好的鸡肉穿在竹签上,刷上3料的橄榄油,放入铺了锡箔纸的烤盘上入预热至 375F/190 摄氏的烤箱内,烤12分钟,然后调到烧烤档(Broil)烤2分钟即可,鸡肉非常嫩。
