非常好吃的【鱼香土豆】

做了这个鱼香土豆,超级好吃,也不难做,但要有点耐心,亲们试试。

用料:
1:中号土豆4个(600克);
2:橄榄油1.5大匙;红油 1大匙
3:葱花1.5大匙,姜茉1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,泡辣椒1大匙斩茸;
4:调味汁:米醋1大匙,糖4茶匙,头抽酱油 1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,盐1/3茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙, 糖4茶匙;
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、土豆削掉皮洗净沥水,沿长轴切3等份,每片切3等份,然后再切1厘米大小的粒(图1)。调味汁4料放一小碗中拌匀待用(图2)
2、 不粘锅,加橄榄油1.5大匙,置炉上开中火,放入土豆粒(图3)煎4-5分钟至底部黄,翻转身继续四面煎黄(图4)。

3、接着放入红油 1大匙和3料的葱花,姜茉,蒜蓉1大匙,泡辣椒1大匙斩茸(图5),轻轻翻炒均匀炒出香味。
4、下4料拌匀的调味汁,炒至汁浓,土豆绵软(图6),即可盛出即可上桌了。

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
I haven’t checked in here for some time because I thought it was getting boring, but the last several posts are good quality so I guess I’ll add you back to my everyday bloglist. You deserve it my friend 🙂
