Roasted Baby Ribs

This is a delicious dish and is well loved by my family and friends.
Prepare Time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 90 minutes
Level: Easy
Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients
1. Baby rib 1 big piece 900g, cut into two pieces and rinse well;
2. Marinate ingredient: 3.5T brown sugar, 1T Paprika (McCormick) and 1/2T salt, mix well;
3. Liquid sauce: 1T Chinese cooking wine, 3 tablespoon Kikkoman light soy sauce, 2t Chinese vinegar, 1.5T fresh minced garlic and 3/4C water;
Cooking directions
1: One or two days ahead: Put two pieces cleaned baby ribs in a 8″x12″ glass baking dish, coat both sides evenly with marinate ingredients listed in ingredient 2, cover the baking dish with food wrap and store in a fridge for 24-48 hours.
2. Preheated oven to 375F. Remove food wrap and add in all liquid ingredients and cover the dish with aluminium foil firmly.

3: In a preheated oven bake at 375F for 1hour and 30 minutes.
4: Remove foil and cut between bones into individual pieces before serving.
