【虾仁炒蛋】

最近买的冰冻虾仁虽然不是很大，却很新鲜嫩滑，用鸡蛋来炒，就是简单美味的一个快手菜。
用料:
1：冰冻白虾仁半包200克；
2：盐1/4茶匙，白胡椒粉1/8茶匙，生粉1茶匙，香油1/2茶匙；
3：大鸡蛋3个，盐1/3茶匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙，水1大匙；
4：橄榄油2.5大匙，葱花3大匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、早上上班前将冰冻白虾仁放冰箱里解冻，下班回来洗净沥水，放入容器里。加所有2料（图1）拌匀，腌15分钟。鸡蛋同其他3料放一碗中打散待用（图2）。
2、不粘锅加1大匙橄榄油，置炉上开大火，放入虾仁（图3），炒至7成熟捞出待用。
3、原不粘锅开大中火，加1.5大匙油，放入3大匙葱花炒香（图4），然后倒入蛋液（图5）。
4、待蛋液底部开始凝固后，倒入炒过的虾仁（图6），用铲子轻轻翻炒均匀至蛋液刚刚凝固，就可以盛盘上桌了。
