【青豆虾仁】

碰巧买到非常好的青虾仁，虽然是冰冻的虾仁又不是很大，做的这个青豆虾仁，倒是虾仁又嫩又好味道。加上我干姐姐给了一大袋新鲜冰冻的枸杞子，也放几粒养生哈。
用料:
1：冰冻青虾仁一包400克，剔除肠泥，洗净沥水；
2：盐1/4茶匙，白胡椒粉1/6茶匙，生粉1茶匙，香油1/2茶匙；
3：嫩冰冻青豆1/4杯，冲洗沥水，室温放置15分钟；
4：新鲜枸杞子15颗，没有新鲜的枸杞就用干的泡水软后，沥水待用（也可以不放）；
5：橄榄油1大匙，葱花1大匙，厨酒1茶匙，盐1/4茶匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙；
6：香油1茶匙，香醋1/4茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、虾仁加所有2料（图1），抓捏均匀腌20分钟。不粘锅置炉上开大火，加1大匙油，放入葱花炒香（图2）。
2、放入虾仁翻炒约30秒（图3），加青豆翻炒几下（图4），然后放入5料里的厨酒、盐和鸡粉炒匀。
3、放入枸杞子（图5），翻炒均匀（图6），再淋下6料里的醋和香油，兜匀即可盛出上桌了。
4：虾仁非常嫩，减肥时吃的美味菜肴。
