【星洲炒米粉】

星洲炒米粉也是挺简单，易做又好吃的快速晚餐，可以试试噢。
1：猪里脊肉150克，盐1/4茶匙，生粉1茶匙，水1大匙；
2：冰冻白虾200克，盐1/4茶匙，生粉1茶匙；
3：细的干米粉半包200克；
4：大号鸡蛋1个，盐1/8茶匙，橄榄油1茶匙；
5：紫洋葱1/2个（180克），剥去外皮洗净切丝待用；
6：彩椒1/3个（85克），洗净切小块待用；
7：绿豆芽250克，摘去根部洗净待用；
8：橄榄油2大匙，葱花3大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，姜蓉1.5茶匙，咖喱粉1大匙；
9：鱼露1.5大匙，盐2/3茶匙，黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，蚝油1大匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升
做法：
1、提前一天晚上将猪肉切丝，拌上所有剩余的1料，用手抓捏均匀（图1），保湿放冰箱过夜。
2、白虾去壳去肠洗净沥水，拌上所有剩余的2料，用手抓捏均匀，静置20分钟（图2）。
4、不粘锅置炉上开中火，放1茶匙橄榄油，4料里的鸡蛋加盐1/8茶匙打匀，倒入锅里（图4）煎1分钟，翻转一面再煎半分钟出锅，冷凉后切丝待用。
5、原不粘锅加1.5茶匙橄榄油，开大中火，放入肉丝（图5）炒至八成熟，捞出待用。然后锅里再加1.5茶匙橄榄油，开大中火放入虾仁（图6）炒至八成熟，捞出待用。
7、倒入米粉及所有9料炒匀，然后放入炒好的肉丝，虾仁和蛋丝（图10），翻炒均匀盛出，再撒上少量葱花就可以了。
