简单好吃的【卤水鸡肫】

在FarmBoy看到刚上的鸡肫很是诱人，买了一大盒回来。
用料:
1：鸡肫1盒700克；
2：葱1根，姜一小块，朝天椒1个；
3：八角1粒，丁香2-3粒；
4： 生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙；
5：水1杯，糖1/2茶匙，盐1/2茶匙，十三香粉 1/2茶匙；
6：香油 1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、葱去根洗净切段，姜切片（图1）。将鸡肫洗干净放入一中号锅里（图2），放上葱，姜，朝天椒，八角及丁香（图3）。
2、依次加入所有4和5料（图4），盖盖，置炉上开大火，煮至滚（图5）。
3、调中小火煮50分钟（图6），放入香油1茶匙，盖子打开，煮至汁还剩1/4杯离火。
4、冷凉后，卤好的鸡肫装碟即可食用。
