在FarmBoy看到刚上的鸡肫很是诱人,买了一大盒回来。

用料:
1:鸡肫1盒700克;
2:葱1根,姜一小块,朝天椒1个;
3:八角1粒,丁香2-3粒;
4: 生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙;
5:水1杯,糖1/2茶匙,盐1/2茶匙,十三香粉 1/2茶匙;
6:香油 1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、葱去根洗净切段,姜切片(图1)。将鸡肫洗干净放入一中号锅里(图2),放上葱,姜,朝天椒,八角及丁香(图3)。
2、依次加入所有4和5料(图4),盖盖,置炉上开大火,煮至滚(图5)。

3、调中小火煮50分钟(图6),放入香油1茶匙,盖子打开,煮至汁还剩1/4杯离火。
4、冷凉后,卤好的鸡肫装碟即可食用。
