每次去唐人超市我都要买一包这个五香素鹅，质量不错，今天做到这个香辣炒素鹅，简单有好吃。
用料:
1：素鹅一盒350克；
2：香菜3颗；
3：橄榄油1.5大匙，葱花1大匙，姜片2-3片，花椒粉1/3茶匙，干辣椒粉1/2茶匙；
4： 头抽酱油 1大匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙，老陈醋1大匙，糖1/2茶匙，水4大匙；
5：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、香菜洗净切小丁（图1），待用。五香素鹅买的是这种（图2），水冲洗后切薄片待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火，加1.5大匙橄榄油，放入葱花和姜片（图3）炒香，然后下花椒粉和辣椒粉再炒20秒，然后下素鹅片（图4）翻炒半分钟。（
3、接着放入4料的调味料（图5），继续炒煮至汁将干。下1茶匙香油和香菜丁（图6）炒匀即可出锅了。
