【家常豆干小炒】

这个家常豆干小炒，是一款简单，便宜，快速又美味、营养、健康、饭的一道菜，大家要试试哦。
用料:
1：里脊肉120克， 生抽酱油 1茶匙，老抽酱油1茶匙，生粉1茶匙，水2茶匙；
2：五香豆干一包350克；
3：胡萝卜1小根110克；
4：辣的青辣椒1个30克；
5：橄榄油2.5大匙；葱花1大匙，姜丝1.5茶匙，蒜蓉1大匙；
6：盐2/3茶匙，白胡椒1/8茶匙， 生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙；
7：香油 1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、里脊肉洗净切丝，加上剩余1料（图1），拌匀用手抓捏1-2分钟，再腌15分钟。如果能提前一天准备，放冰箱腌过夜的话，肉会更嫩。豆干最好买比较软的那种，洗净薄片。胡萝卜去皮洗净切丝（图2），青辣椒去籽洗净切丝（图3），待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火，加1大匙橄榄油，放入肉丝（图4）炒至肉丝刚熟捞出。原锅加1.5大匙有，放入5料里葱花，姜丝和蒜蓉（图5）炒香，放入豆干炒2分钟，放入然后放入1/2杯冷水（图6），煮至汁干。
3、放入所有6料的调味料，及胡萝卜丝，翻炒约1分钟哦，然后后放入青椒丝（图7）翻炒均匀。
4、放入肉丝，淋下香油 1茶匙（图8），兜匀就可以出锅了。
