【香炒皇子菇】

我们家领导很喜欢皇子菇，这个香炒皇子菇，不仅是一款简单，快速可以做好的菜，而且味道也超好。
用料:
1：皇子菇一包400克；
2：香菜两颗；
3：橄榄油1.5大匙；葱花1大匙，姜丝1.5茶匙，蒜蓉1大匙；
4：盐1/4茶匙，糖1/3茶匙， 生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙；
5：香油 1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、皇子菇去根洗净切片（图1）。香菜洗净沥水，切1厘米长段待用（图2）
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加1.5大匙橄榄油，放入3料里葱花，姜丝和蒜蓉（图3）炒香，放入皇子菇片（图4），翻炒2-3分钟。
3、加所有4料的调味料（图5），翻炒均匀至汁干。
4、放入香菜段，淋下香油 1茶匙，兜匀就可以出锅了。
