【芝麻馅糯米卷】

这是一款简单容易做，又不错吃的甜点，你也试试。
1：糯米1.5杯（325克），水1又2/3杯（400克）；
2：糖3大匙（42克）；
3：熟黑芝麻1/2杯（52克），蜂蜜3大匙；
4：1/4 杯椰丝（25克）。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、 中号不粘锅加水400克，置炉上开大火煮滚，放入洗好沥水的糯米（图1），搅拌下，调最小火焖煮40分钟。离火趁热拌入白糖3大匙（图2）。
2、3料的熟芝麻放一塑料袋里密封，用擀面杖将芝麻擀碎（图3）。碾碎的芝麻连同剩余3料放入一碗中用勺子拌匀（图4），待用。
3、糯米饭冷后，放到一大张保鲜膜上，薄薄摊开成长方形，将芝麻馅均匀放一条（图5）。小心重下到上卷起来（图6），注意保鲜膜包紧。
4、放入冰箱冷藏1小时，轻轻打开保鲜膜，匀匀撒上椰丝（图7），用保鲜膜包紧，让椰丝粘牢。
5、打开保鲜膜，即可切块食用。
