【豆腐花】

回国在淘宝网上买到了葡萄糖酸内酯，正好最近又得了个新款的九阳豆浆机DJ13U-D08SG，就做了这个豆腐花。用内酯做出来的豆腐花能提高保水率，更细腻滑嫩，口感好。
1：黄豆1/2杯（90克），冷水2杯；
2：冷水3.5杯；
3：葡萄糖酸内酯1/4-1/3 茶匙，冷开水或瓶装水1.5大匙；
4：4×1大匙蜂蜜。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、晚上睡觉前将黄豆淘洗干净，加2杯冷水泡过夜。第二天早晨，用清水冲洗后，沥去水。将黄豆放入豆浆机里（图1）。然后加入3.5杯冷水。
2、加盖按下选择键（Select），选湿豆原磨（Soaked bean），启动程序（图2）。整个过程25多分钟。在等待的过程中，将3料的葡萄糖酸内酯（图3）放入一干净大碗里，加水1.5大匙溶解（图4）。等豆浆磨好煮好后（听到鸣叫声），打开盖子（图5）。
4、过滤好的豆浆趁热倒入盛内酯水的大碗中（图8），让它静置25分钟，就凝成豆腐花了。
5、豆腐花分装到4个小碗中，每个碗中加1大匙蜂蜜，就可以开吃了。
