用豆浆机做【芋头酪】

在华人超有大芋头卖很不错,买了一个,周末早餐可以来一碗现做的芋头酪不仅味美,芋头是碱性食物有益健康。我用的九阳豆浆机DJ13U-D08SG,做芋头酪,非常简单省事且口感细腻、柔滑,值得试试。

1:芋头360克(去皮后重270克);
2:圆糯米1/4杯(50克);
3:大蜜枣5个 (105克);
4:水3.5杯(840克);
5:杏仁粉或杏仁霜2大匙(15克);
6:蜂蜜或白糖适量(可不用)。
做法:
1、头天晚上糯米洗净用4料里的一杯水泡上(图1)。蜜枣我买的是这种(图2),将里面的核去掉(图3)。
2、早上将芋头去皮(图3)然后切小块。将泡好的米连水放入豆浆机里,将切小块的芋头及去掉核的蜜枣,杏仁粉与4料中剩余的水(2.5 杯) 放入豆浆机里。

3、加盖按下选择键(Select),选米糊键(Rice paste),启动程序(图5)。整个过程大约25分钟。等芋头酪磨好煮好后(听到鸣叫声),拔掉电源,打开盖子。
4、芋头酪分装到4个小碗里,想吃比较甜的加1大匙蜂蜜或糖,就可以食用了,注意不要烫到。细腻、柔滑非常好吃
心得分享:
1:我用蜜枣已经够甜,如果想吃更甜点朋友可以加些蜂蜜。
2:如果家里没有蜜枣,可以用红枣,但要先洗净,用4料里的1杯水泡几小时,去掉核。做好的芋头酪要加适量的糖或蜂蜜来吃。
