【红枣银耳莲子羹】

毛毛和毛毛爸这次从中国回来带来了非常好的湖南干红莲子，和田特级玉枣，山药干等好东西。用我的最新款 7-in-1快煲电压力锅的慢炖功能，煮了这个红枣银耳莲子羹，早上每人喝一大碗，真是暖人又养颜的。我是晚上将材料放入锅里，慢炖了11小时，非常方便。
1：干银耳2-3朵（30克）；
2：干去芯红莲子1/3杯（70克）；
3：干山药片5-6片（20克）；
4：和田特级玉枣6个；
5：干百合1/4杯 （20克）
6：水适量，糖1/2-3/4杯（最好用冰糖）或者用蜂蜜。
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、干银耳加半盆冷水浸泡2小时（图1），洗净撕成小朵待用。干百合也用冷水浸泡2小时，沥水待用。
2、晚上将发好洗净的银耳，百合，水冲洗过的红莲子，山药片和枣子（图2）放入 7-in-1快煲电压力锅锅内胆里，加水到10杯刻度线（图3），盖上盖子，排气阀放置密封位置，选【慢炖】档11小时（图4）。
3、第二天早上，放气打开盖子。放入1/2-3/4杯糖，轻轻搅拌均匀就可以了。味美又滋补。不想放糖也可以，可以加点蜂蜜调味或吃原味的。材料好，这羹就好吃。
