【红枣银耳莲子羹】

毛毛和毛毛爸这次从中国回来带来了非常好的湖南干红莲子,和田特级玉枣,山药干等好东西。用我的最新款 7-in-1快煲电压力锅的慢炖功能,煮了这个红枣银耳莲子羹,早上每人喝一大碗,真是暖人又养颜的。我是晚上将材料放入锅里,慢炖了11小时,非常方便。

用料:
1:干银耳2-3朵(30克);
2:干去芯红莲子1/3杯(70克);
3:干山药片5-6片(20克);
4:和田特级玉枣6个;
5:干百合1/4杯 (20克)
6:水适量,糖1/2-3/4杯(最好用冰糖)或者用蜂蜜。

注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、干银耳加半盆冷水浸泡2小时(图1),洗净撕成小朵待用。干百合也用冷水浸泡2小时,沥水待用。

2、晚上将发好洗净的银耳,百合,水冲洗过的红莲子,山药片和枣子(图2)放入 7-in-1快煲电压力锅锅内胆里,加水到10杯刻度线(图3),盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【慢炖】档11小时(图4)。

3、第二天早上,放气打开盖子。放入1/2-3/4杯糖,轻轻搅拌均匀就可以了。味美又滋补。不想放糖也可以,可以加点蜂蜜调味或吃原味的。材料好,这羹就好吃。
