【凉拌螺旋藻黑木耳】

从国内淘宝网上买了一包大连产的干螺旋藻，做了这个简单的凉拌菜，节假日荤菜吃多了，来个这个清爽的凉拌菜很有益处。
用料:
1：干螺旋藻10克；
2：黑木耳15克；
3：橄榄油2茶匙；葱花1茶匙，姜丝1茶匙；
4：盐2/3茶匙，葡萄醋（balsamic vinegar ）或老陈醋1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙；
5：香油 1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、黑木耳提前用冷水泡几小时至软（图1），洗净待用。螺旋藻放入冷水中泡10分钟（图2），然后冷水冲洗沥水待用。 不粘锅加2杯水，置置炉上开大火煮滚。放入黑木耳（图3）烫煮3-5分钟，捞出冲冷水，沥水待用。
2、螺旋藻也放入开水锅中煮1分钟（图4），捞出冲冷水后沥水。将黑木耳和螺旋藻放入一干净碗里。
3、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加2茶匙橄榄油，放入3料里葱花和姜蓉（图5）炒香离火。倒入黑木耳和螺旋藻里。
4、放入所有4料和5料的香油（图6），拌匀，即可食用。
5、夏天可以密封放冰箱里冷藏2-3小时再食用，味道更佳。
