【椰蓉蔓越莓酥球】

很喜欢这款酥球。下午得闲泡杯茶，配上椰蓉蔓越莓酥球，不知有多享受，生活如此美好。
用料:
1：黄油（butter）1/2杯+2茶匙（120克）室温软化；
2：白糖1/3杯（70克），盐1/6茶匙；
3：无糖椰蓉（unsweetened fine shredded coconut）1又1/2杯（120克），蔓越莓干（dried cranberry）1/3杯（45克）切碎；
4：低筋面粉（cake and pastry flour）1杯+1大匙（150克）。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、室温软化黄油后，用搅拌器高速打几分钟到蓬松（图1），再分两次加入2料的糖和盐打匀（图2）。
2、接着加入3料的蔓越莓干（图3）和椰蓉（图4），用中速打均匀（图5），接着筛入4料面粉，（图6）。
3、用木勺轻轻拌匀（图7），不要过度搅拌。
4、烤箱预热至395F/200摄氏度。用一大勺舀出一份面团，捏成直径3厘米的球（图8），放在铺了烤盘纸的烤盘上（图9），先烤5分钟，温度降至355F/180摄氏度再烤10分钟。冷凉即可食用。密闭在室温保存几天没问题。
