【葱油饼】

面团：
1：中筋面粉(All purpose flour) 1杯（160克，面没筛过，是从面粉袋里直接舀的）；
2：开水1/3杯+1茶匙（85克），冷水4-5茶匙（20-25克）；
3：玉米油1茶匙；
油酥：
4：中筋面粉2大匙（20克），玉米油1.5大匙（20克）；
其他材料：
5：盐2×1/3茶匙；
6：鸡粉2 x 1/6茶匙；
7；葱花2大匙
8：玉米油2×1大匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。以上材料可以做2个20厘米直径的葱油饼。
做法：
1、面团：盆内放入1料的面粉后，慢慢加入2料的开水并边搅拌，然后放入冷水揉成大块软面团（图1）。加3料玉米油1/2茶匙，揉均匀。面团上面涂抹剩余1/2茶匙油，盖上保鲜膜（图2），室温醒发2小时。
2、油酥：将4料放入小盆里，充分拌匀（图3）待用。
3、案板稍微撒点面粉，将面团分成2等份，取一份擀成长方形薄饼，放入1/2量的油酥(图4)均匀抹在擀开的水皮上，然后撒上1/3茶匙盐，1/6茶匙鸡粉及1大匙葱花(图5)。从左端往右端卷成筒(图5)，然后螺旋状盘起(图6)。
4、盖上保鲜膜醒20分钟。再擀开成薄圆饼状大约20厘米(图7)。
5、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热，等预热完成后。换上平底内锅，加1大匙油到内锅里（图8），放入葱油饼（图9）。盖上锅盖，用Function键选PanFry，等3秒钟倒计时结束，再按-键将时间减到2.5分钟的时间，程序自动进行。
4、等第一次程序结束后，打开盖子，将饼翻转一面（图10），盖上锅盖。用Function键再选PanFry等3秒钟倒计时结束，再按-键将时间减到2.5分钟的时间。
5、程序结束后，打开锅盖，盛出葱油饼饼，切块可以上桌了趁热吃。依次做好剩余的1块饼.
