【AirGo之海鲜烩饭】

用料:
1：冰冻白虾仁半包包227克，冰冻带子半包227克；
2：盐1/2茶匙；
3：红葱头3个 (180克)；
4：牛油果油 1.5大匙，黑胡椒粉1/3茶匙，干藏红花2茶匙，鸡粉 1/4茶匙，盐1茶匙；
5：长米1.5杯；
6：水2+1/3杯水.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、将冰冻虾及带子放半池子冷水里解冻（图1），去壳去肠揉捏洗净，挤去水。带子也冲洗干净，泌去多余的水。都放入一碗中。加2料拌匀待用（图2）。
2、红葱头剥去皮，切小丁（图3）。【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Base heating” 然后选择420F及15分钟，点“Start”。预热后，加1.5大匙油和红葱头用铲子拌匀（图4），盖上锅盖，加热2分钟。
3、打开盖子，快速翻拌几下，加洗净沥水的米及剩余4料（图5-6），搅拌均匀。然后加水2又1/3杯（图7）搅拌几下，盖上盖继续。
4、等程序完成，打开盖子，搅拌几下。用“Function”选“Base heating” 325F及12分钟. 等第二次程序完成，打开盖子，搅拌几下。盖上盖，再用“Function”选“Base heating” 300F及6分钟，放入虾仁及带子拌匀（图8），盖上盖让程序继续。
5、等程序完成，打开盖子，搅拌几下。盖盖焖2分钟出锅即可。
