1: 冬瓜1100克;
2: 白雪菇一包（150克）；
3: 橄榄油1大匙，葱花1.5大匙， 蒜末1.5茶匙， 干虾皮1.5大匙；
4：头抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油15大匙, 李锦记蚝油1.5大匙，白胡椒粉1/4茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙；
5：香油1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、冬瓜皮去籽洗净沥，切3厘米长宽0.3厘米厚片 (图1)，白雪菇切去根洗净沥水待用(图2)。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，锅里放1大匙油， 放入剩余3料拌匀(图3)，盖上锅盖。用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及12分钟，点“Start”.
3、预热结束, 打开锅盖, 放入冬瓜片(图4)翻炒几下，盖上锅盖, 让程序继续进行。
4、程序继续5分钟后， 放入白雪菇及所有4料(图4)翻炒几下。盖上锅盖让程序继续进行，间中打开盖翻炒几下。
5、程序结束打开盖(图6), 放1/2茶匙香油，拌匀即可盛出上桌。
