【肉末烧扁豆】

你一定要试试这个肉末烧扁豆，虽然都是普通材料，但很好吃。
用料:
1：扁豆700克；
2：瘦猪肉馅180克；
3：橄榄油1.5大匙，葱花1大匙，姜片3-4；
4：生抽酱油 1大匙；老抽酱油1茶匙， 头抽酱油 1大匙，盐1/4茶匙，糖1茶匙，水1/3杯， 鸡粉1/6茶匙；
5：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、扁豆摘去两头，洗净（图1）切寸段（图2）待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火，加1.5大匙橄榄油，放入葱花和姜片（图3）炒香，下肉馅（图4）炒散，炒约2分钟。接着下扁豆翻炒1分钟（图5）。（
3、加所有4料（图6），盖上锅盖，调中火焖煮5分钟，间中翻炒1-2次。打开锅盖（图7），调大中火煮至汁浓（图8）。
4、下1茶匙香油，炒匀即可出锅。
