【咖喱土豆】

做了这个咖喱土豆，结果特受欢迎，你也试试。
用料:
1：中号土豆3个（450克）；
2：橄榄油2大匙，盐1/2茶匙，黑胡椒1/4茶匙；
3：葱花1大匙；
4：咖喱粉 1茶匙；
5：水2大匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、土豆削掉皮（图1）洗净沥水，沿长轴切3等份，每片切3等份，然后再切1厘米大小的粒（图2）
2、 不粘锅加油2大匙，置炉上开大中火，放入土豆粒（图3）煎4-5分钟至底部黄，翻转身（图4）四面煎黄。
3、接着放入2料的盐和黑胡椒（图5），轻轻翻炒均匀分钟。加葱花（图6）和咖喱粉（图7）轻轻翻炒30秒钟。然后加2大匙水（图8），兜抄均匀至水汽蒸发干，盛出即可上桌了。
